The YBW series prefabricated substation (also called box-type substation) is a prefabricated complete distribution device that assembles high-voltage distribution devices, transformers, and low-voltage distribution devices according to a certain wiring scheme. It is mainly used for 40.5/0.4, 12/0.4KV or 40.5/12KV three-phase AC series. As an integrated transmission and transformation device for transmitting, receiving, and distributing electric energy, the YB series prefabricated substation has the advantages of strong completeness, small footprint, beautiful appearance, short installation cycle, safe and reliable operation, etc. The prefabricated transformer substation has wide applicability, versatility, and interchangeability. It is the preferred product for urban network transformation. It is suitable for oil fields, construction sites, mining areas, ports, high-rise buildings, urban streetlights, residential areas, factories, enterprises and institutions, power plants, and self-use substations within the power supply system.
The layout can be divided into three compartments, namely the high-voltage room, transformer room, and low-voltage room, and the high and low-voltage rooms are fully functional. The primary power supply system on the high-voltage side can be arranged into a variety of power supply modes, such as ring network power supply, terminal power supply, and dual power supply. The high-voltage room consists of an incoming line cabinet, (metering cabinet, a ring network cabinet, an outgoing line cabinet, and a lighting system.
The cabinet uses a load switch + fuse combination for electrical appliances or fuses, disconnectors + circuit breakers for disconnection and protection. The transformer room consists of a fully sealed transformer or dry-type transformer, a ventilation and cooling system, and a lighting system. Ventilation and cooling can be natural air cooling or forced air cooling, and the lighting system can be manually controlled or automatically controlled. The low-voltage room consists of an incoming line cabinet, a metering cabinet, a compensation cabinet, an outgoing line cabinet, and a lighting system.
The low-voltage room can be composed of a panel or cabinet-mounted structure according to user requirements to form the power supply scheme required by the user. The prefabricated transformer substation has multiple functions such as power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power compensation, energy metering, and energy measurement to meet the different requirements of users and facilitate the power supply management of users, and improve the power supply quality.
