Installation

1. Preliminary preparation stage Equipment and foundation inspection

Check the equipment packing list and technical documents, check the appearance integrity, and record the quality of key components

Foundation acceptance: Check the concrete strength, elevation reference line, and the position of the embedded anchor bolts, and verify the bearing capacity through a rebound tester or preload test.

2. Installation environment preparation

Clean the installation site to ensure that it is dry and free of debris.

Plan the equipment layout, determine the installation location according to the process flow, and reserve space for operation and maintenance

Tool and resource preparation

Prepare lifting equipment (such as tower cranes, rollers), measuring instruments (levels, laser alignment instruments) and safety protection tools

Electrical lines: The wires are marked with numbers, place them in the correct position according to the numbers.

Lay cables according to specifications, with a grounding resistance of ≤4Ω to avoid strong electrical interference.

Pipeline installation: Use flexible joints to reduce vibration transmission, and pipelines need to be pressure tested.

3. Debugging and acceptance stage

No-load trial run

The machine has been debugged and tested many times in the factory to ensure smooth operation of the machine.

Load performance test

Run at rated load for 8 hours to verify whether the equipment output power and energy efficiency meet the standards and simultaneously check the response of safety protection devices (such as overload shutdown and emergency stop buttons).

Acceptance and document handover

Provide installation quality certificate, commissioning report and operation manual.

Pass graded acceptance (preliminary → on-site → final) to ensure compliance with the technical terms of the contract.
