Combined Transformer Substation

ZGS series combined transformer (hereinafter referred to as combined transformer) is an American box transformer. It is a complete set of power distribution equipment integrating power receiving, feeding and transformers: the transformer body, high-voltage load switch, protection fuse and other equipment are placed in the same oil tank (i.e. common box type) or the transformer body and high-voltage load switch, protection fuse and other equipment are placed in two oil tanks isolated from each other (i.e. separate box type), so it is small in size and compact in structure; the high-voltage external lead of the combined transformer is a fully insulated structure, no insulation distance is required, and personal safety is guaranteed during operation. 

The 200A cable connector can be plugged in and out with load; lightning arresters, live indicators, fault indicators and other accessories can be added; the connection group adopts DYN11, and its outstanding advantages are high voltage quality, no drift of neutral point and reduced interference of third harmonics; the combined transformer has strong overload capacity, small loss, strong short-circuit resistance, strong anti-rich performance and low noise; it can be used for both ring network and terminal, convenient conversion, and improved power supply reliability. 

At the same time, it has a variety of low-voltage schemes and reactive compensation automatic switching functions and has anti-condensation measures. The combined transformer has the characteristics of small size, full enclosure, easy installation, flexible operation, and low operating cost, which enables the 10KV (35KV) power grid to penetrate the load center, reduce line losses, and beautify the urban environment. It has good performance and reliable stability, exquisite appearance, safety and environmental protection. It can be widely used in various public places. Our company has developed a special combined transformer for wind power generation for the boosting grid of wind power plants and has been put into operation in Huitengliang Wind Farm in Inner Mongolia, Haibin Wind Farm and Liutaizi Wind Farm in Liaoning, and Da'an Wind Farm in Jilin, China General Nuclear Power, and has been well received by users.
