Assemble Platform For Dry Transformers

1. The operating platform is lifted using a motor + worm gear reducer + screw lifting system, with electrical and mechanical double self-locking protection. Ensure that the lifting platform can dock safely and reliably at any location.

2. There is a power socket in the middle of the operating platform, making it convenient for workers to use common power tools on the standing platform.

3. Several small drawer platforms under the work bench are equipped with positioning latches. After pulling out the small platform, insert the latch promptly to prevent it from slipping and injuring someone.

4. The wheels of the assembly frame are made of polyurethane wheels, which are strong and durable, have sufficient mechanical strength, will not damage the ground, and cannot generate static electricity.

5. Two sets of centralized operation button stations are installed on the left and right frames: one set each on the ground and on the workbench for easy operation. The floor control panel of the assembly rack and the workbench operation button station are interlocked to prevent mis operation. Both the traveling and lifting motors are breakable.

6. The upper part of the platform is equipped with high-power lighting to provide sufficient light source during work.

7. All components involving safety requirements are subject to heat treatment and flaw detection inspection.
