Vacuum pressure impregnation equipment (VPI) is mainly used for H-class dry-type transformer impregnation treatment, suitable for the use of dry-type transformer coil impregnation treatment, the German MORA technology dry-type transformer can also meet the production needs. At the same time, it can also be used for
the insulation impregnation treatment of electrical coils such as micro-motors, transformers and power transformers. It can improve the permeability of insulating paint and increase the filling rate, to improve the overall mechanical strength, insulation strength, moisture-proof and mildew resistance of electrical coils.
In a vacuum environment, the insulating varnish is degassed, and then the pressure difference is used to transport the insulating varnish to the impregnation tank of the product for impregnation (special insulating medium needs to be pumped). Because in a vacuum environment, the insulating varnish can be fully immersed in the gap of the product coil and then immersed in the product. Applying a certain pressure of air (or nitrogen) to the varnish surface further enhances the wetting ability of the insulating paint and greatly improves the insulation strength of the coil.
Small and medium-sized vacuum impregnation equipment: It is mainly suitable for the coil insulation dipping treatment of small and medium-sized motors, transformers, electrical appliances, and capacitors. It can also be used for vacuum sealing (filling) wax processing of microelectronic components.
Vacuum paint impregnation and drying equipment: It is suitable for the paint dipping and drying treatment of motors, water pump manufacturing, transformers, voltage regulators, electrical coils and C-shaped iron cores. It has the functions of improving the mechanical strength of the coils, insulation strength, moisture-proof, mildew-proof, and noise reduction.
VPI vacuum pressure impregnation (drying) equipment: mainly suitable for impregnating insulation materials of high-voltage motors, traction motors, wind turbines, hydraulic generators, explosion-proof motors, special transformers for coal mines, H-class insulated dry-type transformers, power capacitors, and cables.
Epoxy resin vacuum casting equipment: It is mainly used for the production of epoxy resin casting dry-type transformers, transformers, reactors, and high-voltage switch insulators. It can also be used for vacuum casting molding of power and electronic components that require epoxy resin encapsulation. Use different working units to process the pouring materials while isolating the air, dehydrate and degas them, heat them to a certain temperature, mix them evenly according to the required ratio, and pour the processed materials into the coil mold in a full vacuum state.
Vacuum impregnation equipment has the functions of improving the mechanical strength of the coil and being moisture-proof and mildew-proof. It is ideal equipment for improving product quality, improving insulation level, saving energy, protecting the environment, and enhancing market competitiveness.
The cover of vacuum pressure impregnation tank is opened by hydraulic pressure, with two mechanical protection and one electrical protection, which makes it impossible to open the cover under the condition of vacuum and pressure, thus ensuring the safety of operation. A lining tank is arranged in the tank for product placement and lacquer impregnating, so that the tank itself does not touch the lacquer. When cleaning, only the lining tank is lifted out, which is convenient for work and special design interface. If the lining tank is put into the immersion tank, it can be automatically docked without leakage. Between the impregnating tank and the paint storage tank, two pipelines are used to transport the paint one time and one time, and two filters with different functions are used to ensure the quality of the paint.
